We’re excited to be collaborating with findhelp, America’s leading social care network, to expand access to critical resources to improve healthoutcomes and address socialdeterminants faced by our youth
It is understood that social determinants account for 80% of an individual’s health outcomes.
Our collaboration will help connect them to social care services via an integration with Prosper – a personalized self-care app released earlier this month!
Users will now be able to quickly and easily navigate resources to support their health journey through the Prosper app.
